"I had a super bad experience with this office. Staff Julie and Sydney are super unprofessional, tell you one thing and still doubting their word! Gives you wrong information, about policy and coverages , not good at writing notes of previous conversations! So when I called and asked about updates or answers, they didn’t even know what to said because my questions were never noted! It took then two weeks after my claim was submitted due to hail damaged to hear back from someone! Even though I keep on calling and waiting on the phone for over 45 mins long! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!"
